Global Outcomes LLC is a strategic advisory firm for companies, governments and public and private sector institutions with a focus on Latin America and the world. The firm is based in Washington, DC and has a network of strategic partners and associates throughout the Latin American region and beyond. This allows us to provide a wide range of advisory services both virtually and in-person throughout the region.

- For Latin American clients, develop a US presence to build institutional relations with official and private sector counterparts
- Monitoring and analysis of legislation and regulations
- Problem-solving on issues related to market access, trade, investment and regulatory barriers
- Special assignments in promoting innovative public policy initiatives by bringing together diverse international stakeholders
- Our Government Affairs and Institutional Relations practice is carried out in part through ongoing collaboration with “Blapp Asuntos Públicos y Parlamentarios,” a recognized public relations firm based in Buenos Aires.
Financing
- Devising the financing architecture for investment and project development including structuring of public-private partnerships and the identification of institutional and individual investors as well as relevant international financial institutions
- Identification of companies and projects in Latin America for expansion, financing or equity investment with a focus on agribusiness, energy including renewable energies, mining, biotechnology and IT
Corporate Governance
- Diagnosis, evaluation and strengthening of corporate governance practices for corporations and financial institutions
- Development of programs of convergence for the adoption of best international practices, and advisory services and support for their implementation
- Board and Senior Management training activities
Sustainability – ESG (Environment, Social, Governance)
- Development of programs of convergence for the adoption of best international ESG practices and advisory services and support for their implementation
- Preparation of Sustainability Reports under the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standards
- Validation of sustainability analyses/reports/diagnoses prepared in-house by the clients
- Advisory work on the preparation of relevant information including compliance with sustainability requirements for access to financing
- Board and Senior Management training activities in ESG
- Liaison with global networks on the latest trends in Sustainability issues
- This ESG line of business is carried out on the basis of a strategic partnership between Global Outcomes and “Evaluadora Latinoamericana”, a well established Rating Agency active in Latin America for many years.

• Areas of expertise are financial and monetary issues, financial regulations and corporate governance. • Previously held positions at the Center for Financial Stability (CEF), first as Senior Economist (2004-2009) and then as Executive Director (2010-2011). • Technical Advisor at the Federal Tax Agency in Argentina for 10 years. • Consultant to corporations, financial institutions, national and local governments and multilateral organizations mostly located in Latin America. • Extensive publishing on his areas of expertise and participation as speaker in regional and international fora, and regular contributor in Argentina’s media. • B.A. in Economics, University of Buenos Aires, Graduate studies in Public Sector Economics, Universidad de San Andrés and International Economics, Kiel Institute for World Economics. • Lecturer at the Economics Faculty and Business School of the Catholic University of Argentina (UCA) since 2003. • Fluent Spanish, English, German.

- Short-fuse feasibility study of potential distribution channels in Argentina for a major biotechnology firm that resulted in successful entry into this market;
- In-depth study of the investment regime in Argentina for the production of a critical, strategic metal, together with comprehensive recommendations for a major Asian integrated industrial group;
- Strategic advisory work on the corporate governance and risk management for the middle office function of multibillion-dollar fundraising operations of an international financial institution;
- Strategic assessment of performance of a multilateral investment fund on its operations on entrepreneurship in the Latin American Region with special emphasis on women entrepreneurship;
- Assessment of the investment portfolio of an international financial institution with lending activities for the financial sector in Russia and Brazil;
- Successful matchmaking between major Southern Cone food producers and large distributors in the Arabian Gulf that resulted in new, lucrative markets and a higher volume of trade;
